Thank you for shopping at my online shop. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please review the returns, cancellations and exchange policy.

Cancellations

If you have changed your mind you can request a cancellation within 3 hours of your order via email at: Hello@jasminissaka.com  with your order details. You'll receive a full refund of your items within
2-3 work days.

Returns
​

Contact me within: 30 days of delivery 

Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery

You will receive a full refund between 2-3 working days when the item has been received. 
 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

 

Conditions of returns

You are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Exchanges

​

Exchanges can be requested within 30 days of the order. The items must be in their original condition. Shipping costs for returning items are your responsibility. Exchanges are not available for custom orders and digital downloads.

Domestic Shipping ( United Kingdom)

All standard shipping within the UK is free of charge.

Orders are usually processed with 2-3 business days. Not including weekends and bank holidays. During busier times and global issues (such at the Covid 19 Pandemic) delays may occur. This means processing might take up to 3 - 5 business days. Please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering.

CURRENT PROCESSING TIME: 2-3 DAYS

All orders within the UK can take between 2-5 days to deliver via the Royal Mail services.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

My Website (change this) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

I am not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged,

please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
