2. Select ClearPay as your payment method at the checkout.

3. Login or sign-up and fill in a simple form.

4. Pay the first instalment now then the other instalments every month. Interest free!

Is Clearpay Safe?

We're big fans of Clearpay, so we'd be happy put our money where are mouths are. Clearpay is part of the Afterpay Touch Group, which is Level 1 certified by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). So your card details and personal information is always safe when you shop with Clearpay.

How much does Clearpay cost to use?

It's completely free and Interest free. No hidden fees or charges.

But if you are late with any payments, or there are no funds in your account, you'll be charged a late fee of £6 and £6 every 7 days.You can keep track by login in to your Clearpay account online or Via their app.

What if I miss a payment?

If you have any issues with payments please contact Clearpay. Their business model doesn't revolve around getting late fees so they're happy to help with any issues. Please check out their financial support section. You can also call them on 0808 164 9707. They are available Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm or submit a form with Clearpay.

Where can I check my payments?

You can check your payments by logging into their website or their app, which can be downloaded on iOS and Android. When you select Clearpay when checking out, you'll be asked to set up an account (if it's your first time using it).

How does payment work?

Your purchase will be split into 4 payments. You'll make the first payment when checking out and the other 3 payments will be collected every 2 weeks. The larger the payment, the larger the initial payment will be.

Clearpay will send you a reminder 2 days before a collection is made. If you miss a scheduled payment you can log into your Clearpay account and click PAY NOW next to your "overdue payment." You'll have until 11pm the next day to make a missed payment before being charged any late fees. You can pay off the balance of your order early with the ‘PAY NOW’ feature in the Clearpay app.

How do I return or exchange items with Clearpay?

Just follow our shop return's policy. All refunds will be paid to your Clearpay account, so no exchanges and or cash returns can be made from us. If you'd like more info on Clearpay returns check out their website help.clearpay.co.uk

When will I receive my items?

Your items will be sent just like any other items following the shops processing, shipping and delivery policy.
